ROBERT M. FRYE, SHAREHOLDER, ANNOUNCES A WIN IN THE INDIANA COURT OF APPEALS INVOLVING A CLAIM OF BREACH OF A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMNENT 

In an appeal from the Hendricks Superior Court Case No. 32D04-0706-CC-137 and Court of Appeals Case No. 32A01-0712-CV-584 the Appellees, represented by Bob Frye, Shareholder, received a ruling affirming the trial court’s grant of Summary Judgment in their favor involving a claim of breach of a real estate purchase agreement.  The Court of Appeals also remanded the matter to the trial court for a determination of reasonable attorney fees to be awarded to his clients.
