In an appeal from the Hendricks Superior Court Case No. 32D04-0706-CC-137 and Court of Appeals Case No. 32A01-0712-CV-584 the Appellees, represented by Bob Frye, Shareholder, received a ruling affirming the trial court’s grant of Summary Judgment in their favor involving a claim of breach of a real estate purchase agreement.
