MICHELE L. HENDERSON HAS BEEN NAMED AS SHAREHOLDER

Michele’s law school education provided her with both the human and the technical sides of medical law, including receiving a special certificate in health law. As part of earning her certificate, Michele gained some hands-on learning in health clinics where she was able to gain practical experience in elder, family and disability law.

Connie Lindman, Shareholder, has been named to the Board of Directors of Art with a Heart. Art with a Heart is a non-profit organization that provides art education to Indianapolis children who are at risk academically, emotionally and economically. Art with a Heart programs integrate and reinforce academics within the artistic experience while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Following up on its announcement on December 21, 2010, in late August 2011, the NLRB issued a final rule which will require private-sector employers to notify employees of their rights guaranteed under the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”). According to the Board, most private-sector employees are unaware of their rights under the Act and employee understanding of those rights is essential. Federal contractors are already required to post a similar notice in their workplaces by virtue of an Executive Order signed by President Obama on January 30, 2009.
