Mark R. Nelson

Mark represents privately held companies in the areas of corporate law, business transactions, commercial lending, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and succession planning. Mark also has extensive experience representing automotive retail businesses in corporate governance matters, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, lending agreements, real estate matters, and municipal bond matters.

Mark's business experiences while employed with two Fortune 500 companies, along with his accounting education, give him the facility to solve complex legal and business problems for his clients. Mark's primary goal is to understand his client's legal and business issues and provide tailored, understandable solutions.

Mark earned a bachelor's of science degree in finance and accounting from Indiana University and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington.
