Marc A. Menkveld

Marc concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation. He joins Stewart & Irwin as an Associate. Marc received his bachelor's degree, with honors, from the University of Colorado. He received his doctor of jurisprudence from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, graduating cum laude. While attending law school, Marc worked as a summer associate and law clerk, gaining a wide range of experience in litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Marc served his country as a member of the elite U.S. Army Airborne Rangers. He received many accolades for his accomplishments as an individual and as a team leader. Marc also received foreign awards in Thailand, Korea and Germany, and held a secret security clearance.

While not working with clients, Marc participates in various outdoor activities. As a Colorado native, he states, "I enjoy escaping to the Rockies to ski, bike, climb high peaks or take on any adventure the mountains have to offer."
