Eric E. Lamb

Eric brings to his practice a client base with a substantial portfolio of U.S. and international trademarks and patents. Eric has prosecuted trademark and copyright applications in the U.S. and has worked closely with associates around the globe in prosecuting foreign applications. He has served as the U.S. agent for practitioners outside the United States for filing U.S. applications.

Eric also advises clients on legal issues arising from the Internet and social media networks, including Facebook. Eric has litigation experience in intellectual property matters as well as general civil matters. Along with Eric's intellectual property and technology background, he is experienced with general business legal matters including incorporating new businesses, dispute resolution and contract review.

Eric was a member of the Dean's List and received his doctor of jurisprudence degree from Indiana University School of Law. He earned a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, triple-majoring in computer information systems, business process management and operations management. Eric held a number of information technology positions prior to graduating from law school.

Eric is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) as well as the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). He is admitted to the Indiana State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Community involvement is important to Eric as he serves on many boards and has been recognized for numerous community accomplishments. Eric formerly served as the President of the Hancock County Bar Association. He was selected by the Greenfield Daily Reporter for its 2008 "30 Under 30" list, and is an Eagle Scout. When not in the office, Eric likes spending time on the slopes snow skiing and enjoys bicycling, hiking and travel.
