David J. Lange

David's practice emphasis is with medical malpractice law, general civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury and estate administration. An Indiana native, David received his bachelor's degree from Butler University and continued his legal studies at Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis.

He began his career as a juvenile probation officer, and then spent his first five years out of law school in northwest Indiana, refining his concentration in medical malpractice defense litigation while also defending public utility and municipality claims. Through this work, he has defended cases in both state and federal courts, and is admitted to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois. David has been selected for inclusion on the Indiana Super Lawyer Rising Star List.*

Today, advocacy is the focal point of David's legal counsel.

"The most rewarding part of my work is developing a relationship with my clients," he shared. "When I'm able to walk them through the legal process and help them obtain a fair and favorable outcome, it's very satisfying."

David is currently a member of the Indiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
